EU Data Act

This notice informs you of your rights and Philips' obligations under the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) regarding data generated through your use of Collaboration Live.

    Audit Logs: User ID, session/room ID, date and time, operation type and description, IP address, device type, device name.

  1. Your Rights

Under the EU Data Act, you have the right to:

Access: Request access to data generated by your use of Collaboration Live, including real-time access where technically feasible.

Portability: Direct Philips to share your data with a third party of your choice, free of charge to you.

Control and Share: Decide who else can access your data and restrict how Philips uses it.

Transparency: Receive clear information about what data is collected, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

  1. Data Sharing and Use

Philips must ensure that data is made available to you or your designated third party in a timely, secure, and interoperable format.

Data sharing with third parties may be subject to fair and reasonable compensation for costs directly incurred by Philips.

Philips will not impose unfair contractual terms that restrict your access or control over your data.

  1. Safeguards and Compliance

Philips implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including safeguards against unauthorized access and international data transfers.

Any sharing of personal data will comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In case of public emergencies, Philips may be required to share data with public authorities under strict conditions.
